Wrong aspect ratio in retro arch 1.7.5 / 1.7.6 for 320x200 Games

Hi just wanted to migrate this thread:

The problem in short: the aspect ratio for games that use 320x200 (for example DOS Games (DosBox) or ScummVM) is apparently not calculated correctly anymore what causes the image not to expand to whole screen width. (It does expand but not far enough)

Here is the log output for a game where the problem occurs:
