What is the meaning of dynamic width? Could you explain what the goal is? It is meant for raspberry pi to meet the locked pixel clocks?

Dynamic width is the name of the option within RetroArch.

It has been designed to overcome hardware limitations be it PC, RPi or others. Yes the idea has stemmed from the RPi limitation. However, PC hardware is able to output as low a 15mhz instead of 32mhz,

Within the locked pixel clock I would like to enable native resolutions. There is a limitation here as you know, However, at least some of theses resolutions will be pixel perfect.
